Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx ground for a flat-rate fee of only 99ยข.
All orders received on a business day, Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) before 3PM PST will be shipped out in 24-48 hours within the United States.  Orders received Saturday-Sunday will be shipped out the following business day, Monday.  If an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately.

Please allow 3-10 business days for standard USPS and FedEx Ground orders to arrive.
All orders require a correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most items. If your item is in unused new condition, you can send it back for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it.. Just contact us at customerservice@beatnixx.com and we will provide you a return authorization form. BEATNIXX is not responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Exceptions
We do NOT accept refunds on the following items:
  • Makeup
  • Hair extensions
  • Undergarments.
  • Custom orders made by artists of the month.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
