How do I return an item?

We will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 5 days of your receipt of the merchandise. For all returns, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds with 25% restocking fee deducted, will be credited to the original credit card used during purchase.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise simply cannot be returned, no if’s and’s or but’s. While rarely exercised, BEATNIXX does reserve the right to deny any return request.

Return Instructions

For customer return issues, please contact us at customerservice@beatnixx.com with the reason for your return. Upon approval, we will issue your unique return authorization # and provide you a convenient return label via email. You will be instructed to print out, affix to your packaging, and drop off your package at your nearest Fedex location. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your return.

Wholesale Policy

Attention valued retailers: It is the responsibility of the retailer (receiving warehouse, DC, or staff, etc.) to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered matches its order. All sales for wholesale orders are as is, and FINAL.

The retailer must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 5 days after the receipt of merchandise. BEATNIXX cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. A written authorization # or credit memo # from BEATNIXX must be obtained by the retailer for any defective merchandise.
